1. Digital House Plans & Downloadable Files

Our catalog includes downloadable architectural datasets such as:

Because digital files cannot practically be returned once accessed, downloaded, or dispatched, sales of successfully delivered digital plans are final.

2. Customer Verification Checklist Before Purchase

Before confirming your payment, please verify the following parameters:

• Plot Dimensions: (e.g., 20x40, 25x50, 30x50 ft)
• Plot Facing: East, West, North, or South
• BHK & Floor Count: G Floor, G+1 Duplex, G+2
• Watermarked Previews: Review room circulation maps

3. Duplicate or Multiple Payments

If a banking glitch or payment gateway timeout results in multiple deductions for a single order, the transaction will be reviewed. Following internal verification and payment gateway reconciliation, the duplicate amount will be refunded directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI ID).

Settlement Timeline: Approved duplicate payment refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary based on your card issuer or banking provider.

4. Payment Successful but Product Not Delivered

If your transaction succeeds but server communication failures prevent instant download delivery, contact our technical desk with your Order ID and payment reference screenshot. We will verify the transaction and dispatch your files via secure download link, email, or WhatsApp. If we are unable to supply the purchased files after manual verification, a full refund will be granted.

5. Corrupted, Inaccessible, or Incorrect Files

If any provided PDF, ZIP archive, or CAD (.DWG) file is damaged, unreadable, or does not match the purchased package listing, report it within 48 hours of purchase. We will re-generate and provide verified replacement files within 24–48 business hours at no additional charge. If the correct file cannot be delivered, an appropriate refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Because digital blueprints are made available for download immediately upon successful checkout, cancellation requests submitted after files have been accessed or emailed cannot be accepted. If a cancellation request is received prior to digital asset dispatch, approval remains at our discretion based on processing status.

7. Custom Plans, Plan Modifications & Consultation

Separate terms govern customized architectural drafting, Vastu consultations, structural reviews, and custom 3D facade modeling:

Professional engineering fees paid for tailored design assignments are strictly non-refundable once initial concept sketches, site analysis, or drafting work have begun. Cancellations requested prior to the start of design work may qualify for a partial refund minus administrative onboarding charges.

8. Site-Specific & Structural Verification

Standard house blueprints reflect conceptual and architectural designs. Soil bearing capacity (SBC), seismic zoning, setbacks, and local authority guidelines vary by location. Customers must have structural calculations, footing depths, and column sizes reviewed by a local licensed civil or structural engineer prior to construction. Needing local site-specific adaptations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

9. Refund Method

All approved refunds are credited back to the original source account (UPI, card, or bank account) used during checkout. GharKaNaksha does not disburse refunds via cash or third-party transfer accounts.
